犬开放性跗关节脱位的诊治

摘　　要：为探讨内固定治疗在开放性跗关节脱位上的临床应用效果,采用X射线对跗关节脱位进行诊断,通过内固定法对患犬跗关节脱位实施手术。结果表明:术后效果良好,2周后患犬可缓慢行走,跛行症状消失。笔者总结了开放性跗关节脱位的病理变化特点、诊断及治疗要点,以期为临床诊断、治疗该病提供必要的理论依据。To explore clinical effect of internal fixation on the open dislocation of canine tarsal joint, an X - ray was used to make a diagnosis of the dislocation of tarsal joint, and an operation was conducted for the dislocation of tarsal joint in a canine patient by a method of internal fixa- tion. The results showed that the effect was good after operation, and the canine patient could walk slowly after 2 weeks, and the symptoms of lameness disappeared. The author summarizes the pathological changes and the key points of diagnosis and treatment of the open dislocation of tarsal joint, with a view to providing a necessary theoretical basis to clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
