优质护理服务在成人OSAHS围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨成人OSAHS患者围手术期的护理对策，减少并发症的发生，提高患者的满意度。方法：回顾64例成人OSAHS患者在开展优质护理服务前后的护理效果。结果：两组患者在开展优质护理服务前后在并发症的发生及满意度、疾病知识掌握等方面有明显差异。结论：成人OSAHS是一种常见病、多发病，护理人员如果能在疾病知识宣教、术前准备、术中及术后监测、观察病情变化等方面提供优质护理，是预防各种并发症发生的关键，也是治疗成功的重要保证。Objective：To investiage nursing methods in OSAHS preoperative period of adult patient to atients decrease complication incidence and increase satisfaction of patients. Methods： The effect of pre- and post-nursing with high quality form 64 OSAHS patients from Jun 2011 to Jun 2015 were retrospectively analysed. Results： Significant difference between two groups receiving high or normal quality nursing,respectively,in complication incidence,satisfaction,disease knowing and comfort were identified.Conclusion： As adult OSAHS is a common disease , nursing with high quality in disease education,pre-operation preparation,inspection during and post operation,and disease observation is the key in preventing complication,and also the guarantee in treatment success.
