摘　　要：目的：探索急性下壁合并右室心肌梗死患者溶栓后早期扩容的最佳护理方案。方法：太仓市第一人民医院2014年4月7日收治的急性下壁合并右室心肌梗死患者1例，对其实施对应的护理方案。结果：患者共住院10天，病情稳定后自动出院。结论：给予急性下壁合并右室心肌梗死患者溶栓后早期扩容的恰当护理方案，可促进患者的康复。Objective： To explore the best nursing plan for the early expansion of patients with acute inferior wall and right ventricular myocardial infarction patients. Methods： 1 cases of patients with acute inferior wall and right ventricular myocardial infarction treated in first people＆#39;s Hospital of Taicang city in 7 months, 4 cases were treated with corresponding nursing care. Results： The patients were hospitalized for 10 days, and the patient was discharged automatically. Conclusion： The appropriate nursing plan for the early expansion of the right ventricular myocardial infarction patients with acute inferior wall and right ventricular myocardial infarction can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
