摘 要:目的:比较采用悬浮红细胞和去白悬浮红细胞(过滤法)制备洗涤红细胞的洗涤效果。方法:随机选取30袋悬浮红细胞和30袋采用过滤法去除白细胞的悬浮红细胞,均采用手工法制备洗涤红细胞,记录洗涤前后血红蛋白及血浆蛋白含量以及洗涤后残留白细胞数,比较两种方法的红细胞回收率、白细胞残留量以及血浆蛋白清除率。结果:由去白悬浮红细胞制备的洗涤红细胞与由未去白悬浮红细胞相比,前者红细胞回收率明显提高,白细胞残留量明显减少,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种方式制备洗涤红细胞中血浆蛋白清除率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:以去白悬浮红细胞作为原料制备洗涤红细胞可提高红细胞回收率,减少白细胞残留量。Objective: To compare the erythrocyte and leukocyte suspension red blood cells (filtration) compare the washing effect of preparation of washed red blood cells. Methods: Randomly selected 30 bags of suspended red blood cells suspended red blood cells and 30 bags of the filtering method to remove white blood cells, red blood cells were prepared by hand washing method, recorded before and after the washing of hemoglobin and plasma protein content and residue after washing the number of white blood cell, red blood cell recovery rate between the two methods, residual leukocyte and plasma protein removal rate. Results: The white red cell suspensions prepared by washing red blood cells and did not go to the white suspension red blood cells compared to the former, the recovery rate of RBC increased, residual leukocyte was significantly reduced, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Two methods of preparation of washed red blood cells in plasma protein clearance rates were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The preparation of washed red blood cells can improve the recovery rate of RBC in leukocyte suspended red blood cells as residual leukocytes.
