摘　　要：结合体育学科特点,利用结构方程模型(SEM)理论和软件AMOS8.0效应分析,构建了社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养质量评价模型,通过该模型的5个维度和14个观测指标的标准化负荷系数,计算出了各指标的权重系数,该模型为评价人才培养质量提供了一个新视角。Combined with the characteristics of PE course, using structural equation model （SEM） theory and effect analysis of software AMOS8.0, this paper builds the social sports instruction and management professional talent training quality evaluation model, through 5 dimensions and standardized load factor of 14 observation indexes of the model, calculates the weight coefficient of each index, the model provides a new perspective for evaluating the quality of talents training.
