马来海松酸锰的制备及表征

摘　　要：以马来海松酸和醋酸锰为原料,在无水乙醇溶液中反应成功合成了马来海松酸锰,探讨了工艺参数对产物的影响,采用硫酸亚铁铵滴定法测定了产物中锰的含量,采用傅立叶红外光谱(FT^IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDAX)和X射线衍射(XRD)等对产物进行了分析和表征。结果表明:马来海松酸和醋酸锰物质的量比为1∶3,反应温度为55℃,反应时间为5h,反应得到高纯度的马来海松酸锰,产率可达93%以上。利用该方法制得的马来海松酸锰属于无定形化合物。As the manganese maleopimarate is synthesized from maleopimaric acid and manganese acetate in ethanol solution the article discusses the influences of the technologic parameters on the product. The test adopts titrimetric method to determine the manganese content in the product. The target product is analyzed and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer （FT-IR）, scanning electron microscope （SEM）, energy dispersive x- ray＇mieroanalysis （EDAX） and xray diffraction （XRD）. The results indicate that when the quantity relative ratio of maleopimaric acid and manganese acetate is 1 ：3, reaction temperature is 55 ℃ and reaction time is 5 hours,the product yield could be up to 93%. The manganese maleopimarate produced under that condition belongs to amorphous compounds.
