摘　　要：新常态经济相对于旧常态经济而言。经过几十年的高速发展,目前我国经济进入了一个相对低速的盘整期,这便是经济学上的所谓新常态。新常态对我国的商贸流通经济产生了巨大的影响,要解决发展模式陈旧,供需矛盾特出等问题。为此,我国专家学者纷纷提出具体措施。本文对此进行综述。the new normal economy relative to the old normal economy.
