摘　　要：在农产品供应链中,治理结构通过解决协调和安全,在这两个交易中的基本问题来影响效率。协调是指在同一个交易中的两个或者多个参与者之间的联盟行为,本文提出了一个研究治理结构选择模型,用来解决协调和安全两个问题治理机制。在合作中主要研究了英国零售商和生鲜农产品供应商之间更加密切的合作关系,讨论了供应链合作伙伴关系特征与绩效的联系,并对其进行试验验证,说明采购商-供应商关系中最大相对贡献的变量,以解释绩效构成。In the agricultural supply chain, governance by addressing coordination and security in these two transactions affect the efficiency of the basic questions. Coordination refers to the behavior of the participants in the alliance between the same two or more transactions, this paper presents a study on governance structure se- lection model to resolve the two issues of coordination and security governance mechanisms. In the co-main study closer cooperation between UK retailers and fresh produce suppliers to discuss supply chain partnership ties and performance characteristics, and its experimental verification, explanation Buyer - supplier relationship the largest relative contribution of variables to explain the performance of composition.
