摘　　要：以混凝土泵车伸缩支腿门板为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件对其进行接触分析,并且根据计算结果制定试验方案,通过对试验数据与计算数据进行对比,验证混凝土泵车支腿门板接触非线性计算方法的准确性,为系列支腿产品的优化和改型设计提供数值支持,提升设计效率。Take the concrete pump truck outrigger structure door sheet as the research object,using the finite element analysis software to analysis it,and according to the results of experimental program to design experiment scheme,through the comparative analysis of calculation results and experimental results,verify the finite element calculation method,based on this calculation method to provide strong numerical support for the series outrigger products optimization and reshaping design,improve design efficiency.
