摘  要:重钢在炼钢新流程运行中,对影响宽厚板坯表面和内部裂纹控制的关键技术进行深度开发和优化,并取得良好效果:通过优化水口流场、稳定液位高度、控制设备精度、优化二冷强度和分布、使用高碱度的结晶器保护渣、保证钢包长水口保护浇注等,减少夹杂物对保护渣性能的影响,以控制板坯表面裂纹;通过强化基础工作,做好线外备件的组装精度、搞好扇形段安装精度控制、确保二冷的均匀和强度足够,动态轻压下和动态配水技术的应用,使用板坯低倍预测内部裂纹技术和扇形段受力监控技术以确保内部裂纹的受控。In the new process of steelmaking in Chongqing steel, the key technology of controlling surface and the internal cracks of the generous slab was developed and optimized. Good results were achieved. By optimizing the nozzle flow field,stabilizing liquid level height, controlling equipments precision, optimizing secondary cooling intensity and distribution, and using the high alkalinity mold powder, protecting casting with ladle long nozzle, the slab surface cracks were controlled.Strengthening the basic work, controlling assembly precision of spare parts, controlling the segments installation precision,ensuring enough uniformity and strength of secondary cooling, adopting dynamic light pressure and the dynamic water distribution technology, using macrostructure prediction technology for the internal cracks of slab and segments’ stress monitoring technology, the internal cracks were controlled.
