大倾角波状挡边挠性皮带故障分析及优化改造

摘　　要：卸煤工段大倾角波状挡边挠性皮带投用以来多次出现故障,影响正常生产及环境,造成物料煤长时间洒落。通过对部分结构及部件进行改造后,皮带运行效果良好。High inclination angle and corrugated margin sensitive flexible belt used in coal unloading yard failed frequently causing coal failing all the time, which brought impact on normal production and environment. After reconstructing the structure and some of the parts, the belt operated well.
