妈富隆联合补肾调经法治疗青春期功血疗效分析

摘　　要：1目的探讨妈富隆联合补肾调经法对青春期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)的治疗效果。2方法以我校门诊部治疗的142例青春期功血患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各71例。观察组应用妈富隆联合补肾调经法(清宫阿胶膏方)治疗;对照组应用妈富隆治疗,分析对比两组患者的有效率、显效率及不良反应发生率;3结果观察组有效率94.37%,对照组有效率88.73%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组显效率83.10%,对照组76.06%,两组比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率7.04%,对照组28.17%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4结论应用妈富隆及补肾调经法治疗青春期功血,能够有效避免不良反应发生,缩短出血时间。Objective To study of Marvelon combined with tonifying kidney and regulating men- struation in treatment of Obstetrics and Gynecology female puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods To our hospital outpatient treatment of 142 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleed- ing patients as the main research object and randomly assigned to observation group application of Ma- rvelon combined with tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation （Qinggong donkey hide gelatin paste） treatment of 71 cases ; control group of 71 patients were treated with Marvelon treatment,and analysis were compared between the two groups of efficient and incidence of adverse reactions.Results Observation group effective rate was 94.37% and the control group, the effective rate was 88.73% had no significant difference（ P 〉0.05）, the total efficiency of Observation group 94.37% was signifi- cantly higher than that of the control group 88.73% ;in two groups（ P 〉0.05）comparison of the sig- nificant efficiency observation group 83.10 % was significantly higher than that of the control group 76. 06%（ P 〈0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 7.04% rate was signifi- cantly lower than that of the control group of 28.17% （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of mar- velon and fill kidney Tiaojing method in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding pa- tients can effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions,no significant increase the efficiency effect, but can shorten the bleeding time, can be selectively applied to appropriate adolescent dysfunc- tional uterine bleeding patients for example, afraid of the side effects of Western Medicine Patients, suitable for clinical application.
