摘 要:以硫酸锰(MnSO_4)和高锰酸钾(KMnO_4)为反应物,以碳纳米管(CNTs)为载体,通过液相合成法制备纳米MnO_2/CNTs复合材料,将其按一定比例与活性炭均匀复合制备AC/MnO_2/CNTs三元复合电极并组装成电容器。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对复合材料成分、晶型、形貌进行表征,并通过恒流充放电、循环伏安和交流阻抗测试研究AC/MnO_2/CNTs复合电容器电化学性能。结果表明:复合电容器在1mol/L(NH_4)_2SO_4电解液中具有良好的充放电可逆性,其比电容随MnO_2含量增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当MnO_2/CNTs含量为30%时,电容值达到最高,为528F/g。MnO2/CNTs composite material was synthesized via liquid method using MnSO4 and KMnO4 as reactants and CNTs as support, then mixed with activated carbon according to a certain proportion to produce AC/ MnO2/CNTs ternary electrodes and assembled into composite capacitor. Composition, crystal shape and morphology of the as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques. Its electrochemical performances were investigated in 1 mol/L (NH4)2 SO4 electrolyte by galvano- static charge/discharge cyclic voltammetry and alternate current impedance methods. Electrochemical experimental results demonstrate that AC/MnO2/CNTs ternary capacitor had good performance. It was found that specific capacitance showed a trend of first increase and then decrease with the increasing of the MnO2 content. The maximal specific capacitance occured when the MnO2 content was 30%, reached 528 F/g. The cyclic voltammetry test showed that the composite had a good electrochemical reversibility.
