摘 要:乙烯裂解装置C2加氢反应器压差快速升高,采用多种处理措施未果造成装置非计划停工。按照工艺流程从2个加氢反应器倒序拆卸,在第3台热交换器E3911A封头处发现大量堆积式堵塞物。采用热重分析、元素分析、红外光谱分析、色-质联用色谱分析等手段分析了6处垢样组成,结合生产工艺、工况及物料组成性质等对垢样形成原因进行了深入研究,结果表明,垢样成分主要为炭黑,还含有芳环、含氧化合物及有机低聚合物,热交换器E3911A封头处生成大量炭黑是造成反应器床层压差快速升高的原因。分析了炭黑垢样生成原因,对防止类似现象发生提出了预防措施及建议。The ethylene cracking unit of C2 hydrogenation reactor pressure increases rapidly, with several treatment measures failed causing unplanned shutdown device. According to the process flow from two hydrogenation reactor in reverse way, in third heat exchangers E3911A head a large number of stacked blockages were found. Six scale samples were analyzed for their forming cause, through the thermal analysis, elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and GC- MS chromatography analysis methods. A further study was carried out, combined with produc- tion process conditions and material composition properties of scale sample causes. The results show that the scaling samples, mainly black, and containing aromatic ring, oxides, low organic polymer, the accumulation of large number of carbon black on E3911A head are the causes of rap- id reactor bed pressure difference drop. Carbon black of the scale formation causes were re-analyzes in exchange with supplier, developer and designer. In order to prevent the similar production phenomenon combined with various discussions of ideas, the proposals and measures of prevention were put forward.
