摘 要:用15 k VA镉镍碱性蓄电池充放电检测控制系统对电力机车进行研究,完成了基于PWM整流逆变技术的蓄电池充放电装置与检测控制系统设计,采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方式解决了传统蓄电池充放电装置功率因数低、高谐波污染等不足。试验及检测结果表明该装置具有能量双向流动、网侧电流正弦化、功率因数高、功率灵活调控的特点。放电功率的可控性简化了操作人员的工作,同时也提高了数据的可靠性与设备的安全性。The electric locomotive with nickel-cadmium alkaline battery charge and discharge detection system was designed and studied to solve the traditional battery charge and discharge device low power factor, harmonic pollution. 15 kVA batteries were used for electric locomotive designed based on PWM rectifier inverter technology battery charge and discharge device and detection monitoring system. The device was used as a charging source, the use of current double closed loop control system, the constant current mode or voltage mode phased charge; battery discharge test load could be energy feedback network and achieve energy recycling. Examination and test results show that the device has a two-way flow of energy, sinusoidal line current, high power factor, power flexible regulation characteristics.
