摘 要:针对某大型煤矿企业坑口变电站无备自投装置和电能测量设备的现状,供电的可靠性和连续性难以保障,研究了备自投装置控制规则和该系统需要监控的电能参数,设计了S7-200PLC作为控制器的备自投装置,选择了具有Modbus数据通讯能力的智能型电能测量仪和智能断路器;鉴于3个坑口变电站所处地形复杂,分布较为分散,难以实现有线的远程数据通讯,在分析了目前几种无线通讯方式的基础上,选择了基于GPRS的无线远程数据通讯方案。介绍了基于GPRS的备自投及电能质量参数监控系统的设计和实现过程。该设计使企业供电系统的供电质量、人机交互性能、自动化水平得到了全面的提升,较好地满足了企业管控一体的任务需求。For the situation of the pit substations without throw-in device and power measurement equipment in one large coal mine, it is hard to guarantee power supply reliability and continuity. Throw-in device controlled by S7-200PLC was designed after a further study into the control rules of throw-in device and the distribution parameters monitored by the system, and the intelligent power measurement equipment and intelligent circuit breaker which has the Modbus data communication ability were selected. At the same time, given the fact that it is difficult to realize the cable remote data communication, for the three pit substations are in the complex terrain and the distribution is more dispersed, the wireless remote data communication scheme based on GPRS was selected after contrasting the present wireless communication ways. The design and implementation process of the throw-in device and power quality parameters monitoring system based on GPRS were introduced in detail. The power supply quality, man-machine interactive performance, automation level of the enterprise power supply system in a full scale are improved, and the demand of enterprise controls integration is better met.
