摘  要:为了考察广南铁皮石斛重金属及微量元素的含量情况并为建立广南铁皮石斛质量标准提供依据,采用原子吸收光谱法进行测定铜,锰,铁,锌,钙,镁,钴,铯,镉,铅,原子荧光光谱分析法测定汞、氢化物,原子荧光光度法测定砷的含量,结果表明铁皮石斛中铜,锰,铁,锌,钙,镁,钴,铯,镉,铅,汞,砷平均含量分别为:3.72,11.398,69.345,34.133,21.709,4.820,0,0.310,3.26,1.25,0.038,0.120mg/kg均在安全范围内.实验表明广南铁皮石斛含有人体必需的多种微量元素,同时重金属含量均在安全范围内,具有食用安全性.The study was carried in order to investigate the contents of heavy metals and trace elements of Dendrobium candidum in Guangnan and provide the basis for the establishment of quality standard of Guangnan Dendrobium .Using atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of copper ,manganese ,iron ,zinc ,calcium ,magnesium ,cobalt ,cesium ,cadmium and lead .The atomic fluorescence spectrometry was applied for the determination of mercury and cyanide . The arsenic content was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry .The results show that the contents of in copper , manganese ,iron ,zinc ,calcium ,magnesium ,cobalt ,cesium ,cadmium ,lead ,mercury and arsenic in Dendrobium were 3 . 72 ,11 .398 ,69 .345 ,34 .133 ,21 .709 ,4 .820 ,0 ,0 .310 ,3 .26 ,1 .25 and 0 .038mg/kg respectively ,which were in the safe range .The experiment shows that Guangnan Dendrobium contains many kind of essential trace elements for human body .
