摘 要:针对净化生活供水质量系统中加药过程控制对象存在复杂性、时滞性及无法准确描述的非线性等问题,结合模糊逻辑思维及二型模糊逻辑系统的特点,利用区间二型模糊控制具有较强的处理不确定性问题的能力和鲁棒性等特点,设计区间二型模糊控制器。由于去模糊化部分传统的均值输出会丢失部分动态信息,所以运用遗传算法的优化特性针对所设计控制器的去模糊化部分进行改进及优化。采用现场采集的历史数据,通过MATLAB仿真平台进行验证分析,结果表明该控制器相比一型模糊控制器鲁棒性更强,准确度更高,有效避免了时滞引起的震荡现象,证明了该控制策略的有效性,并将其应用于净化生活供水系统加药过程的控制中。Aiming at the features of complexity, time lag, nonlinear object property which is difficult to describe exactly in the dosing process of clean living water supply quality system, we combined with the characteristics of fuzzy logical and type-2 fuzzy logic system, used the strong processing ability of uncertain problems and strong robust features of the interval type-2 fuzzy controller, designed an interval type-2 fuzzy controller. The mean output defuzzification part of traditional can lose some dynamic information, therefore, we used the optimal characteristics of genetic algorithm to the design the defuzzification part of improvement and optimization. The historical data from the field were used, the validated analysis was carried out based on MATLAB simulation platform. The results show that the controller is more robust, and the aeeuracy is higher than the type-1 fuzzy controller, and it avoids effectively the shock caused by the phenomenon of time lag. At last, the effectiveness of the control strategy was proved, and it can be applied to water treatment dosing process control.
