摘 要:以新津研4号黄瓜为试验材料,研究了不同棉蚜种群对黄瓜叶片生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,棉蚜取食后的黄瓜叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸含量降低,说明不同密度的棉蚜取食后,造成黄瓜叶片矿质营养不良,从而抑制了叶绿素、蛋白质和游离脯氨酸的合成。高密度的棉蚜可以提高黄瓜叶片MDA含量,反之则抑制MDA的产生。低密度的棉蚜取食植物汁液后,可以降低SOD、POD和CAT活性,但是棉蚜达到一定数目时,可以提高SOD、POD和CAT活性。The effects of different Aphis gossypii populations on the physiological and biochemical indexes of leaves of cucumber variety Xinjinyan No. 4 were studied. The results showed that: after being fed by A. gossypii, the contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein and free proline in cucumber leaves decreased, indicating that the feeding of A. gossypii at different densities resulted in the mineral malnutrition of cucumber leaves and inhibited the synthesis of chlorophyll, protein and free proline. High density of A. gossy- pii could increase the MDA content in cucumber leaves, and low density of A. gossypii could inhibit the generation of MDA. The feeding of A. gossypii at low density could reduce the activities of SOD, POD and CAT in cucumber leaves, while this aphis could enhance the activities of these enzymes when its population density reached a certain number.
