摘　　要：目的探讨如何规范过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌生物培养监测过程,准确判断灭菌效果,确保灭菌质量,防止院内感染的发生。方法收集本院2014年过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌生物培养监测的结果,使用CASP-120型过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器进行检测。采用自含式CASP过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌专用生物指示剂,指示菌为嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌（ATCC7953）,芽孢含量为5×105cfu/支-6×106cfu/支,进行生物培养,并做同步阳性对照监测,检验灭菌效果。结果采样196次生物培养监测,合格率为98.98%,同步监测阳性对照196次,合格率为99.49%。结论操作环节对生物培养监测结果有较大的影响,必须严格规范操作,才能获得有价值的生物培养结果,从真正意义上检测灭菌效果。建议使用新一代过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌生物装置（PCD）进行检测,使检测结果更为准确。Objective To discuss how to regulate the biological monitoring of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization,to estimate the sterilization effect,to ensure the quality of sterilization,and to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection. Methods Collecting the hydrogen peroxide low- temperature plasma sterilizer and biological training monitoring cases in our hospital in 2014 with application of CASP- 120 hydrogen peroxide low- temperature plasma sterilizer. The self- contained CASP hydrogen peroxide low- temperature plasma sterilizer was used as special sterilization biological indicator,the indicator bacteria was Bacillus stearothermophilus（ ATCC7953） and its spore content was 5 × 105 cfu / branch- 6 × 106 cfu / branch for biological cultivation. Synchronous positive control monitoring was conducted to inspect the disinfection effect. Results The qualified rate was 98. 98% in the monitoring of 196 biological cultivation cases. 196 times was taken by synchronous positive control monitoring,and the qualified rate was 99. 49%. Conclusion The operation of biological cultivation and monitoring results has a great impact,and operation must be under strict standard to obtain valuable biological cultivation results and the real sense of the detection of sterilization effect. Suggesting the use of a new generation of hydrogen peroxide low- temperature plasma sterilizer biological device（ PCD） for testing,which is more accurate for monitoring.
