摘 要:目的分析2013年-2014年密云县流感监测结果,为密云县的流感防控工作提供科学依据。方法流感监测哨点医院采集流感样病例的咽拭子,以实时荧光定量PCR方法检测病毒核酸,用MDCK进行病毒分离培养。结果共采集流感样病例咽拭子1 436份,检测出流感核酸阳性208例,检出率为14.48%,其中流感病毒核酸阳性数最高为甲型H3N2 109份,其次为甲型H1N1 73份,B型Yamagata系(BY)流感26份。对208份标本进行病毒分离,分离到病毒156株,其中甲型H1N1 54株,甲型H3N2 85株,BY 17株。按年度分析,2013年、2014年流感病毒核酸检出率分别为8.21%和21.67%;按月份分析,检出流感病毒最高的月份分别为2013年1月-2月、2013年12月-2014年3月、2014年11月-12月。流感病毒的检出率在年龄和性别之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2013年-2014年密云县流感的流行呈季节性和周期性,流感的检出与性别和年龄无关,各年龄段的人群都应做好预防流感的措施。Objective To study the surveillance results of influenza in Miyun from 2013 to 2014,in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza effectively. Methods Influenza surveillance was performed by collecting the pharyngeal swab specimens from influenza surveillance hospitals,the viral RNA was detected by real- time PCR,and MDCK was used to culture and isolate the virus. Results 1 436 specimens were collected,208 were positive for influenza virus nucleic acid with the detection rate of 14. 48%. The highest positive number of influenza virus nucleic acid was for 109 copies of H3N2,followed by 73 copies of H1N1 and 26 copies of Yamagata type B influenza. 156 influenza virus strains were isolated from 208 sames,among which there were 54 strains of H1N1,85 strains of H3N2 and 17 strains of Yamagata B. During the period from 2013 to 2014,the detection rates of influenza virus nucleic acid were respectively 8. 21% and 21. 67%. The highest detection rate of influenza virus nucleic acid happened in January and February of 2013,December 2013 to April 2014,and November and December of 2014. And the detection rate of influenza virus had no statistical significance on the difference between age and sex( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Influenza in Miyun during 2013- 2014 was seasonal and cyclical,flu detection has nothing to do with gender and age,people of all ages should take preventive measures.
