摘　　要：主要论述双离合自动变速器3/4/5/6挡挡圈的结构和受力情况,利用ABAQUS对挡圈的受力进行CAE仿真分析,同时对比分析不同材料和热处理方式的挡圈的性能,即通过挡圈单体试验验证不同材料和热处理方式的挡圈的韧性及其抗压强度,最后根据对比分析结果,通过整机静态耐久试验和高速试验进一步验证。This paper mainly describes the structure and stress distribution of the spacer installed between the 3/4/5/6 gear of the dual clutch automatic transmission. Simulation analysis on the stress of the spacer is carried out based on Abaqus CAE. The performances of the different materials spacer under diffelnt heat treatment are contrastively analyzed by spacer monomer test. The results of the contrast analysis are verified by static fatigue test machine and high speed test.
