摘 要:针对传统指标聚合方法难以全面刻画网络雷达对抗系统作战效能指标聚合时存在的不确定性、模糊性的缺陷,提出了一种基于直觉乘性模糊判断矩阵的效能指标聚合方法。首先提出了直觉乘性模糊判断矩阵不确定度及矩阵间偏离度概念,然后基于直觉乘性模糊判断矩阵的不确定度及矩阵间的偏离度计算专家权重,修正了传统指标聚合方法确定专家权重时存在的主观判断误差,最后集成所有专家的直觉乘性模糊判断矩阵信息确定各效能指标的集成权重。算例分析表明,该方法合理有效,可操作性强。Considering that the traditional index aggregation method can not reflect the uncertainty orfuzziness of the effectiveness index aggregation of network radar countermeasure systems (NRCS), anew index aggregation method based on the intuitionistic multiplicative preference relation (IMPR)is investigated. Firstly, the uncertainty degree of an IMPR and deviation degree between two IMPRsare defined. Secondly, the expert weights are calculated from IMPR uncertainty degree and devia-tion degree. The expert weights calculation method can correct the errors in expert subjective judg-ments. Thirdly, the index aggregation weights are calculated from an overall IMPR which is integrat-ed from expert IMPRs. FinaUy, an example shows that the proposed method is reasonable, effectiveand easy to operate.
