剧烈运动致肺出血的案例分析

摘　　要：总结1例剧烈运动致肺出血患者的临床特点与诊疗方案,为预防此罕见病症的发生提供依据。某中年男性,剧烈运动后出现呼吸困难、胸闷、咳血样痰、头晕等症状,入院后经胸部CT检查和实验室检查并结合运动史诊断为运动致肺出血。经一般支持性治疗后,患者病情明显好转并于1周内出院。患者1个月后康复并逐渐恢复规律运动习惯,随访8个月至今未发生呼吸系统并发症。本病例提示,对于体育运动爱好者,应根据自身的体能水平和机能状态制定和实施健身计划,尽量少进行长时间、高强度甚至极量运动;有咯血病史者在康复后应循序渐进的恢复运动习惯并加强运动医务监督。To summarize the clinical characteristics and diagnose and treat protocol in a patient of strenuous exercise induced pulmonary hemorrhage and provide evidence for preventing the rare illness .A middle‐aged male occurred symptom of dyspnea ,chest distress ,hemoptysis and dizziness after a bout of strenuous exercise and diagnosed exercise induced pulmonary hemor‐rhage by thoracic CT detection and laboratory examination in hospital .The patient’s pathoge‐netic condition obviously improved through general support treatment and discharge from hos‐pital within a week .He recovered regular exercise habit gradually after rehabilitation in a month and did not develop complication of respiratory system from follow‐up till now （added to eight months ） .The case of the present disease suggested that for non‐athletes of sports fan ,institution and implementation of exercise plan should be conducted according to physical fitness and function state and not perform long duration ,high‐intensity even maximal exercise as far as possible .The individuals of hemoptysis history should restore exercise habit gradually after rehabilitation and enhance medical supervision during exercise .
