治疗性白细胞单采术在高白细胞白血病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞单采术在高白细胞白血病治疗中的应用及疗效。方法运用MCS＋血细胞分离机对28例高白细胞白血病患者进行45次白细胞单采术,每次清除白细胞悬液300~500 m L。单采术后观察患者外周血象中白细胞（WBC）、血红蛋白（Hb）、血小板（Plt）的变化情况及临床症状、体征改善情况。结果行白细胞单采术后外周血白细胞计数显著下降,血小板计数降低,Hb无明显变化,疾病症状、体征均获得缓解或减轻。结论白细胞单采术治疗高白细胞白血病能快速降低白血病肿瘤负荷,缩短诱导缓解时间,是一种科学安全的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the curative effect of leukocyte apheresis in the treatment of hyperleu- kocytic leukemia. Methods 28 patients with hyperleukocytic leukemia received leukocyte apheresis for 45 timesusing MCS ＋ blood cell separator, with white blood cell suspension from 300 to 500 mL removed every time. The white blood cells （WBC） ,hemoglobin （Hb）, platelet （Pit） changes after operation, and the clinical symptoms, signs im- provement were improved. Results After apheresis, WBC count in peripheral hemogram were decreased significant- ly, Pit count significantly lowered, but there was no significant change in Hb. The symptoms of the disease were re- lieved. Conclusion Leukocyte apheresis, as a scientific and safe therapy, can quickly reduce the tumor burden and shorten the remission induction time in the treatment of hyperleukocytosis leukemia.
