品管圈活动在提高护理文书书写合格率的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈（quality control circle,QCC）活动在提高CCU病区护理文书书写合格率中的应用与效果。方法运用QCC管理模式对临床护理文书书写合格率偏低的原因进行现状调查、设立目标、原因分析、制定对策、组织实施、效果检查、巩固措施、总结。对照《护理文书书写规范》将科室2013年12月1日~2013年12月31日共54份护理病历进行查阅,记录护理病历中存在的问题,对发现的问题进行原因分析,针对原因制定了相应的对策并予以实施。结果应用QCC管理4个月,临床护理文书书写每份病历的缺陷率由活动前的1.52降到活动后的0.60,差异有统计学意义（p〈0.01）。结论开展QCC活动不仅提高护理文书书写合格率,同时还提高了护士的团队精神和质量管理能力。Objective To explore the application and results of quality control circle in improving nursing records acceptability. Methods QCC management mode for law acceptability of nursing records was applied to investigate the actual situation,set goals,analyze the reason,establish countermeasure,organize and carry out the countermeasure,explore the effect; consolidate the measure,and summarize the experience. Compared with the nursing documents writing standards,fifty- four nursing records was examined,the actual situation was analyzed,and the countermeasure for the Results was carried out. Result For four months,the defect rate of nursing records was reduced from 1. 52 to 0. 60,and the difference was significant. Conclusion QCC not only can improve the nursing records acceptability,but also develop the teamwork and quality management of the nurse.
