摘　　要：目的分析广东省三甲医院微信的使用情况,对医院微信号的使用情况分析。方法收集各医院微信号使用情况数据,使用图表分析法对医院微信号数据进行对比分析。结果大部分三甲医院微信使用情况较好,但发展不平衡。结论医院对微信的使用要加强认识,主动地、积极地利用微信为医患沟通提供良好的服务。Objective To analyze usage conditions of grade three A hospitals in Guangdong,propose an analysis of use conditions on three A hospitals＇ wechat accounts. Methods To collect data of grade three A hospitals by means of charts and tables. Results The majority of grade three A hospitals using wechat are better,but a small number of hospitals encounter many problems. Conclusion Hospitals should emphasize more wechat usage,both proactively and actively utilizing wechat to provide excellent service for doctor- patient communications.
