摘  要:制粉系统跳闸是电站停机的主要问题之一,制粉系统跳闸的预防及处理是燃煤电厂的重要课题。以某厂600 MW机组制粉系统跳闸为例,详细描述了故障发生的全过程,分析了制粉系统跳闸及机组停机过程中的状态数据,对处理方式进行了评价,总结了制粉系统跳闸的防范措施,为电站制粉系统的运行提供了经验。制粉系统发生故障时,备用制粉系统的投入、蒸汽参数的控制、燃烧的稳定性及机组的协调控制等因素直接影响机组的安全运行。As one of the main reasons causes the stops in plants, the prevention and measures of the trip of coal pulverizing system is a major research subject in the coal-fired power plants. Took the trip of the 600MW unit in a plant as an example, the author elaborated the whole process of the trip and analyzed the data collected from the trip of coal pulverizing system and the stop of unit, and summarized the prevention measures against the trip of coal pulverizing system, which provides the experience for the operation of the coal pulverizing sys- tem in plants. When the coal pulverizing system broke down, some factors including the operation of the back- up system, the control of steam parameters, the stability of combustion and the coordination control of units, etc. would influence the safe operation of units directly.
