摘  要:65Mn锻造磨球出现内部开裂,利用宏观观察、金相检验、扫描电子显微分析(SEM)及能谱分析(EDS)等手段,对裂纹形成原因进行探究。结果表明:锻造磨球内部出现开裂的主要原因为锻造坯料中存在一定的夹杂缺陷,该缺陷促使裂纹萌生;锻造加热工艺不合理,奥氏体晶粒粗化明显;热处理淬火过程中形成大量的魏氏组织,降低锻球的塑性和韧性。基于上述分析,提出了相应的改进措施。Aiming at the problem of the cracking failure of 65 Mn forging grinding-ball production in a factory,the cracking reasons were analyzed by macroscopic examination, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that the main cracking reasons of 65 Mn forging grinding-ball in internal were due to the existed of inclusion defects which was advantageous to the crack initiation in the forging blank,the improper process of forging heating which coarsening the austenite grain,and the improper process of quenching heat treatment that a lot of widmanstatten structure were generated. In this process,the plasticity and toughness of the forging grinding-ball were reduced. Based on the above analysis,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
