摘　　要：[目的]了解县级医院护理人员的疼痛管理知识和技能。[方法]采用护理人员疼痛知识和态度问卷(KASRP),对宁夏盐池县医院126名护理人员进行方便抽样调查。[结果]护理人员的疼痛管理知识较差,疼痛管理态度和临床实践存在差异,对疼痛的生理学和药理学知识尤为欠缺,接受疼痛相关知识的教育和培训较少。[结论]急需开展多种形式的疼痛管理知识和技能的培训,从而加强护理人员的疼痛药理学等基础知识,加强基层医院护理人员疼痛知识,提高基层医院护理人员疼痛管理的评估能力,进而为病人提供理想的疼痛管理服务。Objective：To understand the nurses＇ knowledge and skills on pain management in a county hospital.Methods：To survey a convenience sampling on 126 nurses in Yanchi Country People＇s Hospital using the Nurses＇ Knowledge and Attitude Questionnaire（KASRP）.Results：Nurses＇ knowledge on pain management was poor.There was difference between pain management attitude and clinical practice among the nurses in the current hospital.The knowledge deficiency in pharmacology and physiology about pain was particularly lacking among nursing staffs,who received limited education and training for pain-related knowledge.Conclusion：It is urgent to carry out various forms of training in pain management knowledge and skills in order to strengthen the basics of pain pharmacology and other basics knowledge of nursing staff,and strengthen the basic knowledge on pain management and improve their ability on pain assessment in primary hospitals.Eventually,to fulfill the objective of providing good pain-management services for patients.
