摘　　要：《海洋能转换装置认证流程指南》是欧洲海洋能源中心发布的标准化文件之一。本文分析了该标准的发布背景、主要内容和意义,并结合欧洲和我国的海洋能转换装置认证现状,探讨了该标准对我国的启示及适用性。本文对我国制定相关海洋能技术标准具有一定的借鉴意义。Guidelines for Marine Energy Converter Certification Schemes is one of the standard documents published by European Marine Energy Center. The article analyses the background, main contents and significance of the standard, and discusses the enlightenment and applicability of the standard for China combining with the current situation of marine energy converter certification in European and China. The article provides reference to the development of technical standards om marine energy in China.
