孕妇分娩方式与新生儿低血糖的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨孕妇分娩方式与新生儿低血糖的关系。方法回顾分析1000例产妇资料,均为初产、单胎妊娠,其中剖宫产550例,阴道分娩450例,新生儿在其出生后30 min测定血糖,比较两种分娩方式新生儿低血糖的发生率,并进行相关性分析。结果剖宫产分娩550例,其中44例发生低血糖,占8%;阴道分娩450例,其中6例发生低血糖,占1.3%。两种分娩方式的新生儿低血糖发生率具有显著统计学差异(χ2=23.158,P=0.000)。结论新生儿低血糖的发生与分娩方式相关,特别是剖宫产分娩的新生儿。Objective： To discuss the correlation between delivery mode and neonatal hypoglycemia. Methods： 1000 cases of primiparas giving birth to a single baby were recruited into the study,including 550 cases with cesarean delivery,450 cases with vaginal delivery,the blood sugar was determined at 30 min after the birth of newborn. The relationship between delivery mode and occurrence of neonatal hypoglycemia were analyzed. Results： Cesarean delivery in 550 cases,including44 cases of hypoglycemia,5%; vaginal delivery in 450 cases,including 6 cases of hypoglycemia,accounting for 1. 3%.Two delivery ways of neonatal hypoglycemia incidence has a statistically significant difference（ χ2= 23. 158,P = 0. 000）.Conclusion： The occurrence of neonatal hypoglycemia is associated with delivery mode,especially newborns with cesarean delivery.
