摘 要:桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis和木瓜实蝇B.papayae同属桔小实蝇复合种,形态鉴别特征主要依据产卵管长度的差异性。近年来随着两种实蝇可杂交繁殖现象的出现,其分类地位也由此引起争议。本研究为进一步验证这两种实蝇杂交可育的持续性及其产卵管长度在杂交后代的遗传特征,观测并分析了这两种实蝇杂交第33代的产卵管长度与其亲本之间的差异性。结果表明,两种实蝇杂交后可持续繁殖,不存在严格的生殖隔离现象。不同遗传种系的产卵管长度具有差异性,但随着杂交行为的出现其差异性随之改变,表明产卵管长度在两种实蝇之间属于种群水平差异性特征。Bactrocera dorsalis s. s. and B. papayae belongs to the Bactrocera dorsalis species complex( Diptera: Tephritidae). One of the major morphological identification characters is that B. papayae has a longer aculeus than that of B. dorsalis s. s. The debate on the status of these two taxonomically species is rising because of their phenomenon of occurring on interspecific hybridization between them. In order to verify the sustainability of the fertile heterozygote after interbreeding and also the differentiation of aculeus length,we analyzed the aculeus length of hybrid progeny and their parents after reproducing 33 generations. The results showed that hybrid progeny was fertile sustainably and no reproduction isolation occurred. The aculeus length from different progeny was differentiated significantly. However the range differences of aculeus length was changed after being hybridized between different progenies. As a conclusion,the differences of aculeus length between these two fruit flies should be at intraspecific other than interspecific level.
