摘　　要：解决新建本科院校青年教师专业发展问题是新建本科院校师资队伍建设的重中之重。本研究通过调查分析新建本科院校青年教师专业发展现状,进行分析并提出解决策略,对新建本科院校青年教师专业发展具有推广和借鉴意义。To solve the problem of the professional development of young teachers in newly-established undergraduate universities is the most important in the construction of teachers. Based on the investigation and analysis of the problems of the professional development of young teachers in newly-established undergraduate universities, the paper puts forward an effective solution strategy,which is valuable for the professional development of young teachers in newly-established undergraduate universities.
