摘　　要：以传统教学考试规律为基础,结合网络技术、数据库技术和多媒体技术的发展,构建互联网+教学平台新型考评子系统。引入环境、心态、行为和习惯对学习效果的影响因素,反映教学活动的各个环节,有效配置优质教育资源,实现个性化远程教育教学的跨越,对现阶段的教学改革,具有普遍的实践意义。With the traditional teaching examination law as the basis, combining with the development of network technology,database technology and multimedia technology, this paper constructs a new evaluation subsystem of web teaching platform. It introduces such influencing factors on learning effect as environment, attitude, behavior and habit, reflecting each link of teaching activities, and allocates high-quality educational resources effectively, so as to realize the great-leap-forward development of personalized distance education and reform the teaching of the present stage. So it is of universal practical significance.
