摘　　要：二阶段阶进实习模式是高职药学专业为了适应药学服务的社会需求对"2+1"实习模式进行的改革。其内涵是把学生的顶岗实习分成二阶段精细化管理,第一阶段在大中型综合医院进行系统的药学服务顶岗训练,第二阶段在有药学服务用人需求的企事业单位进行就业前强化实习。从普适教育到个性培养,从顶岗实习到准就业,该实习模式尝试了为区域培养药学服务人才的可行路径。The two-stage practice mode of higher vocational pharmacy major is a reform of the＂2＋1＂practice mode in order to adapt to the social need of pharmaceutical care. Its connotation is to refine the management of students＇ on-post practice by dividing it into two stages： the first stage is to receive systematic pharmaceutical care on-post training in large- and medium-sized general hospitals; the second stage is to carry out preemployment strengthening practice in enterprises and public institutions needing pharmaceutical care employers. From general education to individual training, and from on-post practice to quasiemployment, the practice mode attempted feasible ways to cultivate regional pharmaceutical care talents.
