摘　　要：文章运用问卷调查法、文献资料法等,客观分析了普通医药类高职成教学员的培训需求现状和影响因素,提出了构建和完善药品经营企业培训体系的几点对策。With questionnaire survey and literature, this paper objectively analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of the training needs of adult education trainees in general pharmaceutical higher vocational colleges, and proposes several countermeasures to construct and improve the training system for medical marketing companies.
