摘 要:针对煤层气钻探过程中易出现的孔壁垮塌问题,采用理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法开展了无固相聚合物钻井液的研制与性能评价研究。首先筛选了高分子聚合物类、植物胶类、生物聚合物类三类无固相聚合物钻井液体系,确定了主要处理剂的加量,确定了三类无固相聚合物钻井液的优化配方,并采用幂律模式对钻井液流变性能进行了评价。在此基础上,制作标准岩样,通过线性膨胀试验对钻井液的防塌性能进行评价。最后,评价了处理剂的添加方法对钻井液性能的影响。结果表明,研制的无固相聚合物钻井液优化配方流变性能好,防塌性能强,配方简单,配制方便,适于煤层气钻探。In order to solve the problem that it's easy to appear collapse in the progress of CBM drilling,the research on the development and performance assessment of solid-free polymer drilling fluid were carried out by combining theoretical analysis with experimental research method. First of all,three kinds of free-solid polymer drilling fluid system were selected which include the polymer,plant glue and biopolymer,then determined their dosage,thirdly the optimized formula of the free-solid polymer drilling fluid were gotten. In addition,the rheological property of drilling fluid was evaluated by Milv Model. On this basis,after making the standard sample,an evaluation was made about anti-collapse performance of drilling fluid through the linear expansion test. Finally,the effect of adding method on the performance of drilling fluid was evaluated. The results show that the optimized formulation of the solid-free polymer drilling fluid has good rheological property,strong anti-collapse performance simple formulation,and is applied to CBM drilling.
