高等学校“公共体育”课程实施“课内外一体化”教学模式的教学效果研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法等研究方法,研究实施"课内外一体化"教学模式对大学生体质状况、技能考核成绩、体育意识和体育习惯的影响。结果表明:"课内外一体化"教学模式应用于高校"公共体育"课程教学,能有效地改善学生的体质状况;能有效地促进学生动作技能的掌握和提高;能有效地促进学生提高体育学习兴趣、养成锻炼习惯、培养合作精神和形成顽强意志品质,全面地提升"公共体育"课程的教学效果。建议高校采取多方面措施促进"课内外一体化"教学模式在"公共体育"课程教学中的应用和推广。Using the method of literature, questionnaire, experi- mental method and other research methods, the influence of car- rying out ＂the integration of curricular and extracurricular learn- ing＂ teaching mode on physical fitness, skills test results, sports consciousness and sports habits of university students is re- searched. The results showed that applying ＂the integration of curricular and extracurricular learning＂ teaching mode to ＂Public Physical Education＂ curriculum teaching in universities can im- prove the physical condition of students effectively, also can pro- mote students to master and to improve motor skills, at the same time, can promote students to improve their interest in learning sports, to develop exercise habits, to cultivate a spirit of coopera- tion, and to form tenacious willpower, so that it can enhance the teaching effect of ＂Public Physical Education＂ curriculum com- prehensively. We suggest that universities adopt various mea- sures to promote the application and promotion of ＂the integration of curricular and extracurricular learning＂ teaching mode in the teaching of public physical education curriculum.
