摘　　要：油田勘探开发生产的复杂性和工作对象的危险性,特别是野外恶劣气候条件下工程必须连续作业的特点,增加了发生事故的风险。种类繁多的油田设备构成了油田生产系统的关键物质要素,同时也是安全生产的关键因素。设备本质安全是指设备本身固有的特性、特质满足安全的要求。油田设备本质安全是在强调设备的安全设计、制造、安装、调试的基础上,对设备使用、维护、修理、运输、存放过程中存在影响设备一生安全运行的风险因素进行有效管控,实现安全长效的目标。The complexity of oil exploration,development and production and the risks of oilfield workers,especially the characteristics of continuous engineering under adverse weather conditions at the field,increase the risk of accidents.Various types of oilfield equipment constitute the key material element and key factor for safety in production of oilfield production system.The intrinsic safety of equipment refers to the inherent characteristics of equipment that can meet safety requirements.And the intrinsic safety of oilfield equipment lays emphasis on the control and management of risk factors that may affect the lifelong safe operation of the equipment during the using,maintenance,repairing,transportation and storage of the equipment.These are based on the safety design,manufacturing,installation and debugging of equipment.In doing these,the goal of long-term safety can be achieved.
