对社会主义初级阶段理论三个基本问题的历史考察——兼论邓小平创立初级阶段理论的历史贡献

摘　　要：社会主义初级阶段理论,是邓小平理论和中国特色社会主义理论体系的基石。十三大前,邓小平虽不常用"初级阶段"这个词,但他关于准确把握国情和科学认识社会主义的思想,为初级阶段理论的提出奠定了重要基础,是在新的历史条件下对毛泽东关于社会主义阶段论思想的继承和发展。邓小平将民族振兴与社会主义紧密联系在一起思考,认为初级阶段既是社会主义制度不断完善发展、优越性不断显现的阶段,也是中华民族真正对人类作出较大贡献、实现民族复兴的阶段。邓小平关于"几代人、十几代人,甚至几十代人"的提法,是指在初级阶段历史任务完成基础上,继续巩固和发展社会主义的历史时长,并不是指初级阶段的历史时长。初级阶段有明确历史定位和历史时长,即大约一百年的时间。厘清这些基本问题,才能保持理论清醒和政治定力,更好为实现中国梦而奋斗。The theory of the primary stage of socialism serves as a fundamental basis of Deng Xiaoping Theories and other theories related to the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Despite that the full meaning of ＂primary stage＂ had not been illustrated until the Thirteenth National Party Congress, Deng Xiaoping＇s ideology of national conditions and socialism in China just laid important basis for the theory of primary stage of socialism. The theory has been viewed as a theoretical extension of Mao Zedong＇s theory of the primary stage of socialism under new historical conditions. Deng believed that the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation should be integrated with socialism. He viewed the primary stage as a critical period for improving the socialist system and demonstrating the superiority of socialism. It was also a critical period to achieve greater contribution world widely. Deng＇s proposition of ＂A Few Generations＂ refers to the time period required by the consolidation of primary stage, which is longer than the time for primary stage.Deng believed that the primary stage of China would last about one hundred years. A proper understanding about those issues helps the party to carry out the political line consistently and strive after the Chinese Dream.
