摘　　要：罗荣桓被誉为思想政治工作巨匠,他的青年工作思想对于指导当今高校青年工作具有重要启示意义。高校青年工作的开展应立足于党的领导,运用正确的思想理论武装青年头脑,结合青年切实利益并且实现青年工作青年化,创新工作方式,使罗荣桓青年工作思想在新时期指导青年工作中焕发新的生命力,推进新时期高校青年工作的开展。Luo Ronghuan is known as one of the masters of ideological and political work, his youth work thought has important inspiration to guide today＇s youth work in colleges and universities. Youth work in colleges and universities should be carried out based on the leadership of the Party, use the correct ideological theory arming young minds, be combined with the practical interests of youth, and use innovative ways of working that youth like, to make Luo Ronghuan＇s youth work thought glow the new vitality in guiding youth work in the new period, and to promote the development of youth work in colleges and universities in the new period.
