纺锤体观察仪在卵胞浆内单精子显微注射技术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨纺锤体观察仪在卵胞浆内单精子显微注射技术（ICSI）中的应用价值。方法：2011年1~12月因男方因素行ICSI助孕的患者共216例,以ICSI操作中是否使用纺锤体观察仪分为实验组54例,对照组162例,比较两组的正常受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、多精受精率、妊娠率以及种植率。结果：两组正常受精率、卵裂率、优胚率、种植率、临床妊娠率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,实验组多精受精率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：将纺锤体观察仪应用于ICSI可以避免损伤纺锤体,使ICSI更加安全可靠,可以降低多精受精的发生率,但不能改善其妊娠结局。Objective：To observe the application of polscope in intracytoplasmic sperm injection（ICSI）.Methods：We studied 216 cycles of intracytoplasmic sperm injection and embryo transfer in patients with male factor from January,2011 to December,2011.Among 216 cycles,54cycles were with polscope in intracytoplasmic sperm injection（experimental group）,and 162 were without polscope（control group）.The normal fertilization rate,cleavage rate,good-quality embryo rate,pregnancy rate and implantation rate were compared.Results：No significant difference was found in two groups（P〉0.05）in normal fertilization rate,cleavage rate,rate of high quality embryos,pregnancy rate and implantation rate.Conclusion：Using the polscope to observe the spindle in intracytoplasmic sperm injection may avoid injury,and result in not only safer and more reliable ICSI but also a lower incidence of polypronuclear,although it cannot improve the pregnancy outcome.
