精准医疗大背景下医学研究生交叉领域培养的探讨

摘　　要：随着高通量测序技术的进展,精准医疗的提出,加速了学科的融合。这种融合不仅包括医学、生物学、物理学,也包括了经济学、政策学和计算机领域的融合,因此,也提出了临床医学研究生在这一交叉领域培养模式改革的新课题。结合我国目前的临床医学研究生教育背景,加强临床研究生知识范围的拓展,强调科研与临床兴趣,注重跨界合作,是培养适合该大背景下合格的临床医学研究生的核心举措。建立配合人才孵化的配套环境,也是促进临床医学研究生在培养改革中的重大转折。With high throughput sequencing technology improvement, precision medical was raised requiring a multidisciplinary approach that involves not just doctor, biologists, and physicists, but also ecologists, policy-makers and computer scientists. Thus, the education mode in this background becomes a new object. Extending the knowledge, increase interests and cooperation of the graduate student is more important than that in other period. Construction a suitable environment for multi-disciplinary integration is a key point in basic and clinical medicine.
