摘　　要：通过"有机磷酸酯类中毒与解救"实验,使学生掌握相关的"中毒及解救"知识,这有助于医学生将来的临床实践。传统实验采用家兔,因采血方式等问题而影响了实验的成功率。用小鼠取代家兔进行实验,方法简便易行,结果可靠。同时符合动物福利,节约实验成本。Students can acquire the knowledge of “poisoning and rescue” by “organophosphate poisoning and rescue” experiment. It is helpful for the medical students in clinical practice in the future. In the past, the animals are rabbits used in this experiment. The method of blood collection and other issues affect the success rate of traditional experiment. The experiment using mice instead of rabbits is simple and viable, and showed reliable results. At the same time the new method meet the animal welfare and save the cost of experiments.
