摘  要:以某地下矿山超大规模充填开采发展趋势为背景,结合矿山环境保护的迫切需要,充分考虑粒级组成、料浆黏度、料浆与载体密度、物料密度、管径、管壁粗糙度、管道安装质量、物料加权平均沉降速率等复杂因素,以管道输送阻力损失最小为原则研究高浓度全尾砂充填料浆在不同直径管道内的临界流速,构建高浓度全尾砂充填料浆临界输送流速模型,分析管径和浓度对临界输送流速的影响规律。经验证,高浓度全尾砂充填料浆临界输送流速模型的计算结果可靠,模型计算得出的临界输送流速随管径、浓度等因素的变化表现出明显的规律性。研究结果表明:随着管径的增大,高浓度全尾砂充填料浆临界输送流速呈按幂函数增大的变化特征;随着浓度的增大,高浓度全尾砂充填料浆临界输送流速呈按三次多项式减小的变化特征。Taking the developing trend of large-scale filled stopes in an underground mine as background,combining the urgent requirement of environmental protection in mines,taking many complex factors into full consideration,such as grain size composition,slurry viscosity,densities of slurry and carrier,material proportion,pipe diameter,roughness of pipe wall,installa-tion quality of pipes,weighted average setting rate and so on,the critical conveying velocity inner pipes of different diameters was researched,based on the smallest resistance loss. The model of critical conveying velocity of full-tailings filling slurry of high concentration was established,and the affection laws of pipe diameter and concentration on critical conveying velocity were analyzed. The verification indicated that the calculation results of the model were reliable. In conclusion,the critical transport velocity regularly varies with pipe diameter,concentration and other factors. The results showed that with the increase of the di-ameter,the critical transport velocity of high concentration of the whole tailings backfill slurry increased by power function;with the concentration increasing,the critical transport velocity of high concentration of slurry tailing filling variation was reduced by cubic polynomial function.
