补肾化痰祛瘀方治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟补肾化痰祛瘀方治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。方法:选取70例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,其中35例为治疗组,采用自拟补肾化痰祛瘀中药方治疗;35例为对照组,采用二甲双胍治疗,比较两组患者治疗3个月后在临床疗效、体重指数(BMI)、血清性激素(LH、FSH、T)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、副作用等方面的差异。结果:两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后组内比较,所有观察指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后,两组组间比较,治疗组BMI、LH、FSH、T指标均较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:自拟补肾化痰祛瘀中药方治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征疗效较好,能从整体上调节内分泌代谢,并且治疗中未出现不良反应,值得在临床推广运用。Objective To observe the effect of self -prepared formula for tonifying kidney,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis on obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Method Among 70 patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome,35 cases were included in the treatment group,treated with self -prepared Chinese herbal formula for tonifying kidney,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis;the other 35 cases were included in the control group,treated with Metformin.Compare the differences of the patients in the two groups in clinical efficacy,body mass index （BMI）,serum sexual hormone （LH,FSH,T）,fasting plasma glucose （FPG）,fasting insulin （FINS）,side effects after 3 -month treatment.Results Indicators were significantly lower in the treatment group after treat-ment （P 〈0.05）,after treatment in the treatment group compared with the control group,differences in clinical efficacy,FSH （P 〈0.05）,significant differences in terms of BMI,LH,T （P 〈0.05）,FPG has no obvious difference （P 〉0.05）,FINS after treatment there is no advantage in the treatment group,compared with the control group was not statistically significant.Conclusion Self -pre-pared Chinese herbal formula for tonifying kidney,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis had a good efficacy in treating patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome,and could regulate general endocrinological metabolism,without noticeable toxic or side effects, which is worth the promotion in clinical practice.
