晚清民国时期广西城乡民众节庆喜日用糖现象探析

摘　　要：广西的甘蔗种植历史悠久。晚清民国时期,广西大部分县市都有糖蔗种植生产。在长期的生产实践中,蔗糖逐渐成为汉族和各少数民族经济文化交往的重要媒介,使得广西城乡民众普遍存在节庆喜日用糖现象。这种现象在一定程度上反映了城乡居民生活水平的变化,有利于民族经济融合的实现。Sugarcane plantation has a long history in Guangxi.During the late Qing and Republican Period,most counties and cities in Guangxi had sugarcane plantation and production.In long time of producing practice,sugar gradually became important media in economic and cultural interaction between Han nationality and other ethnic minorities.The consumption of sugar in festivials,holidays,and celebrations was popular among urban and rural population in Guangxi.This phenomenon,to a certain extent,reflected the change of living standards of the urban and rural people,and was favorable to the ethnic economic integration.
