摘　　要：采用正交试验方法研究了萤石、硅灰石、镁砂、铝矾土4种材料对焊剂成形、脱渣及焊道成形等性能的影响,获得了一组摆动埋弧堆焊药芯焊丝用烧结焊剂配比方案,该焊剂焊接工艺性优良,焊道成形美观,在生产实践中应用良好。Orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of the fluorite,wollastonite,magnesia and bauxite on the flux molding,deslagging and weld bead shape.A perfect group of agglomerated flux was obtained which was used for swing submerged arc welding with flux- cored wire.The flux has a wonderful usability,good weld bead shape,which can be widely applied in production.
