摘 要:采用自主研发的活性剂对10 mm厚022Cr17Ni12Mo2奥氏体不锈钢板进行活性氩弧焊试验。对活性焊接头进行了X射线探伤、化学成分分析、显微组织分析以及拉伸、弯曲、断口扫描等试验。结果表明,活性剂能显著增加熔深,达到常规TIG焊的3倍以上;活性剂的加入不会改变焊缝金属成分,焊缝区硬度稍大于母材;焊缝显微组织由奥氏体、骨架状的δ铁素体和少量碳化物及氮化物组成,热影响区有少量铁素体析出;接头断裂方式为塑性断裂,断口形貌为等轴韧窝,可见第二相粒子。Activating flux TIG welding was implemented on thickness of 10 mm 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 austenitic stainless steel plate.X- ray test,chemical composition analysis,microstructure observation and tensile test,bending test,fracture scanning were carried out.The results show that the activating fluxes can significantly increase the weld penetration which reached more than 3 times of that of the conventional TIG welding.The addition of activating fluxes will not change the weld metal composition.The hardness of weld zone is slightly higher than that of base metal.The microstructure of weld consists of austenite,the skeletal delta ferrite and a small amount of carbides and nitrides,and the heat affected zone has a small amount of ferrite precipitation.The tensile failure shows ductile fracture with equiaxed dimple which contained some second phase particles.
